These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") apply to all users of lb999, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses or uses any part of the lb999 platform via the website or any related interface. lb999 is an online casino and sports betting platform serving players across Bangladesh. By accessing lb999, you agree to be legally bound by these T&C, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use lb999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

lb999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to have provided false information or to be ineligible under these criteria, lb999 will suspend the account, void any bets placed, and return any net deposits remaining after the voided bets have been settled. No winnings generated during a period of ineligibility will be paid out.

All deposits into your lb999 account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. lb999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Accepted deposit methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. lb999 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. lb999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within one business day for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended if your account is under KYC review or if lb999's fraud prevention systems flag a transaction for additional checks. lb999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

lb999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions (such as Eid and BPL specials). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in that bonus's promotional terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lb999. Any player found engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation and may face permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets, navigate lb999, or exploit any feature of the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, match manipulation, or any coordinated betting activity designed to exploit a known outcome in any sports or casino event offered on lb999.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits. All funds deposited into lb999 must be legitimately owned by the account holder.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, live casino table, or sports betting market available on lb999.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, decompile, or otherwise reproduce any part of the lb999 platform, its software, game content, or underlying technology.

lb999 uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, lb999 will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform and other players. All content on lb999 — including but not limited to the lb999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lb999 or its licensed content providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Netent, and Ezugi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use lb999 for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any lb999 content without the prior written consent of lb999. Any unauthorised use of lb999's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lb999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the lb999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, even if lb999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

lb999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. lb999 may suspend, restrict, or terminate the platform or any of its features at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. lb999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Your use of lb999 is entirely at your own risk.

lb999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lb999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of lb999 following the publication of amended T&C constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
